We had a great stay in SJ’s place. We know the area really well as we lived in Venice for a few years and have always loved it. It’s a great place to walk with Abbott Kinney’s shops, restaurants and Cafes, the canals and the beach all just a stroll away. The house worked perfectly for for us - a family of 5 - it was spotlessly clean and everything worked well. SJ is a great host!

We had a great stay at SJ's place. It was divine. The house made you feel at home. The orange and lemon trees in the backyard were beautiful. The location was stupendous. The Marina is a short walk away. There's so many great restaurants in the area. You can walk to the Costco, if need be. And just a short distance from Abbot Kinney Boulevard, Venice Beach and Santa Monica. SJ's place is a gem!!

The house is super cute. The color scheme in the home makes you feel relaxed. It’s in an area that is central to a lot of things. You can find stores, gas stations and restaurants nearby. Venice beach is literally 5 minute drive from the house. The instructions for the self check-in were easy to follow. We were able to go to Venice beach and Santa Monica pier.

This house was perfect for our family in a quiet neighborhood. Sj was great at communicating (much better than I was, as I was out and about and not checking my phone!). The location is good, walking distance to lots of restaurants, the marina, the beach. There is a driveway for one car and plenty of street parking as well.

We had a very nice stay! It was perfect for our family of six adults and one toddler. The added use of the cottage was great. We had a small issue arise and Sj was very responsive to our needs. I would definitely stay again if we are back in the area!

SJ was the perfect host. She was so friendly, always responded to my messages, and truly wanted us to have the best stay. Her home was in the perfect location and the neighborhood was so quiet. SJ recommended some really great restaurants for us to enjoy that were all walkable. The house is exactly as described and pictured. Such a cute, clean, and cozy place to stay. We absolutely loved sitting on the patio in the mornings in the sun. And the fireplace in the living room was great! Would stay here again and again! Five stars (six if I could)!
